How do I know how much is an item in MYR?

You simply log on to www.tiffany.com, choose United States as the country and browse their site for a myriad of items to knock your socks off! Then you click on any specific item of choice, copy the URL link at the top of the browser and e-mail it to us at mytiffanystore@gmail.com

We will respond to you within 24hours with a quote in MYR which includes the cost and shipping/handling to Malaysia.

What is a URL link?

A URL link is simply the http address of the item you have chosen. For example, if you have chosen the Return To Tiffany Heart Tag Bracelet, the URL link to this item taken from your browser looks like this:-

When you e-mail me this link, and I click on it, it will open a new browser for me and bring me directly to the item of your choice. I can then look at it, do the costing and e-mail you back with a quote in MYR! Isn't that fabulous?

Are the items authentic?

Absolutely! We only buy from Tiffany & Co. directly and we give you the whole package with the receipt from the store! This goes a long way to prove it's authenticity. On top of that, we do not believe in buying counterfeit merchandise. How soon can I expect to receive my package?

Shipping from the US to Malaysia is 10-14 working days if there are no customs delay, but before we can ship, the items take about 3-4 days to reach our US address from the Tiffay & Co. store. That means shipping alone can take up to 3 weeks. Please take note that at times shipping is done on per "batch" basis from the US. One batch consists of a total of 3 items. Once we receive an order of 3 items which makes up one batch, only then will shipping will be done from the US.

Although uncommon, please bear in mind that should your package be held for customs inspection, additional delays may occur. This being a government regulation which we must abide by and have no control over, we seek your understanding and patience.

OK I am all set, what do I do next?

Once you have gotten a quote in MYR from us, please proceed to make payment. We require a 70% deposit to order with the 30% balance due once the item arrives and before it is shipped to you.

We accept bank/atm/online deposits to either Maybank, CIMB or RHB.

We also accept credit card payments directly with a 4% processing fee. If you opt for this, full payment is required.

What postal service do you use and is it safe?

We use the United States Express Mail service from the US to Malaysia and all responsibility is on us as far as safety of the item is concerned. We then use Poslaju to deliver the items to you. Insurance is available and cost only RM5 to add to your total. Please purchase insurance, otherwise we will not be liable should there be any loss or damage in the mail. Please note that we have been using Poslaju for all our high value merchandise thus far, and we have experienced no cases of any missing items at all. They are extremely reliable in terms of timely delivery as well. Their delivery commitment is 1-2 days after the item has been shipped. Each package is also trackable online and via their call centre. For these reasons, no other shipping method will be used. Strictly no COD. We apologise as we do not have the time nor the resources to accommodate COD or self collection as the items are small.
